Q: Is that deposit refundable?
A: Yes, if you cancel your reservation at least 10 days before the event, or if your event has to be canceled due to bad weather. In case of a weather-related cancellation, you must inform us of the cancellation at least 2 hours before your event is scheduled to begin. After that, your deposit is not refundable. Likewise, once we set up the moonwalk, the balance amount is not refundable, even if the event is cut short for weather or any other reason.

Q: What is a "Daily" rental

A: Daily is use of unit for a Day or approximate 8-10 hours. Most deliveries are made between 10am & Noon. With pick-up that evening around 8-10pm. We do not leave units out over night do to weather & other issues. If you need something special ask! We will see what can be done!

Q: How far in advance do I need to reserve?
A: The sooner the better. Summer is the busiest time, and weekends are the busiest days, so call early to get your first choice of moonwalk, date and time.

Q: How much space is required?
A: Our moonwalks measure about 15 ft. x 15 ft. (except for the Monster Truck, which is 13 ft. x 13 ft.). With the safety step in front and the blower in back, you should plan for an area 20 feet across and 21 feet deep (slightly less for the Monster Truck), and vertical clearance of about 14-17 feet with no low-hanging branches. The moonwalks plug into a standard 110 outlet, which should be no more than 50 feet from the moonwalk. The blower remains plugged in and operating for the length of the event and it's best if the moonwalk is the only thing plugged into that fuse.

Q: Does the moonwalk need to be set up on grass?
A: Grass or indoor floors are preferred, but we will also set up your moonwalk on asphalt, cement...almost any surface but gravel. The area should also be fairly flat.

Q: How many people can be in the moonwalk at one time?
A: That depends on the size of the moonwalk...and the size of the people. The moonwalk has a weight limit of about 500 pounds (400 lbs. for the Monster Truck). Here are some general guidelines:
Children 8 and under: Up to 9 at a time.
Children 8-12: 7-8 at a time.
Bigger teens: No more than 4 at a time.
Adults: No more than 3 at a time.
These are general guidelines for a comfortable level, so that bouncers aren't bumping into each other.

Q: Are moonwalks just for kid's parties?
A: Moonwalks are primarily for kids 2-14, but there's no reason why older teens and adults can't take their turn in the moonwalk, too! Just make sure you follow the occupancy guidelines above. It's also best if the moonwalk is limited to those who weigh less than 225. A moonwalk is perfect for birthdays, graduations, business open houses, family reunions and school & church fairs and carnivals.

Q: Are Minislides/Moonwalks safe and clean?
A: They sure are! Each unit is cleaned before it's delivered to your event. Plus, our moonwalks are made from only the strongest materials, for the ultimate in safety. And each one has a special safety step, to make it easy for everyone to get in and out.

Q: Is there anything else I should know?
A - Yes:
If event is outdoors, will be hammering stakes (4) into the ground to anchor the moonwalk for stability. We can also use sandbags if concerned about Underground Sprinkler Systems

We will need an access path at least 3 feet wide to transport the moonwalk to your event. Please check fence openings, pathways, etc.

Keep pets away from the moonwalk. No silly string, food/drinks especially Gum, shoes or sharp objects (eyeglasses, watches, etc.) in or near the moonwalk.
