Do I need a reservation?

Yes, it is best to reserve your Jumper as soon as you determine the date of your event.

Can I pick up the Jumper?

No, we need to deliver the Jumper to ensure proper set up.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver anywhere in Orange County and some portions of Los Angeles county.

Are the Jumpers clean?

We clean, sanitize & inspect each jumper after every use, and once more, when deliverd to you.

Can I keep the Jumper late or overnight?

Yes, there is a $40 charge for keeping the Jumper overnight, it will be picked up the following morning. The bouncer can stay an extra day for half the price of the first day (when available).

Do you deliver and set up the Jumper?
Yes, in order to insure proper set-up, and operation, Joey Jumpers personnel are required.

What type of power is required?

Standard household current (110 volts). The jumpers come with a 25 foot cord, you will need to provide your own extension cord beyond that.

What type of surface can the Jumper be put on?

A grassy area is preferable, but the jumpers can be put on cement or dirt. You must request a tarp for cement or dirt.

How much room do I need for the Jumper?

Each jumper varies in size. You will need at least a 18 X 18 foot area for our smallest jumpers.

Is a deposit required?

No

Can I have a party at a park?

Yes, however it will be your responsibility to obtain permission and or permits from the park, to set up the Jumper. There is only a 25 foot cord, so you may need to use an extension cord. You may also need to rent a generator (we can supply) if there is inadequate electical power available.

What if I have to cancel?

Cancellations must be done at least 24 hours in advance or you may be charged.

What if it rains?

You must call in advance if you want to cancel the Jumper due to rain, otherwise there will be a delivery cancellation charge ($25 to $50) applied.

Are the Jumpers safe?

Yes, the Jumpers are safe, but like any fun activity you must use precautions. Never climb on the outside of the Jumpers, don’t jump on the sides of the Jumpers, never take any sharp or other objects in the Jumper. Do not do flips or jump on other people. Don’t go in the Jumpers with food, drink, candy, silly string or gum. Wait at least 30 minutes after eating to go in the jumpers.

Is their a delivery charge?

Usually not. However a delivery charge (which includes pickup) ranging from $5-$40 dollars may apply to some locations, depending on distance and travel time.

How do the Jumpers stay inflated.

The Jumpers begin to inflate when the blower is plugged in and turned on. The blower must always stay on for the Jumper to remain inflated.


Safety Rules

An Adult Attendant must supervise at all times, when children are at play.
Keep children under the age of 3 out of the unit.
Make sure all children are grouped according to size.
Remove children if they get tired, or are laying down in the unit.
Do not exceed the maximum ride capacity of the unit at any time.
Do not allow children to take any object inside the bouncer.
Have children wait 30 minutes after eating to enter the bouncer.
Do not allow children to bring toys, silly string, food or drink into the bouncer.
Do not allow children to climb on the outside of the bouncer.
Do not allow the children to climb on the inside of the bouncer.
Do not allow the children to bounce against the sides.
Do not allow the children to do flips in the bouncer.
Do not allow the children to bounce or jump on, or "at" each other.
Children must always go "feet first" down all slides.
Perform frequent visual safety checks of the equipment.
Turn the unit off during inclement weather or high winds.
If the bounce house should begin to deflate, remove all children immediately.
Follow all posted safety rules at all times.

What type of accidents can occur in an inflatable?

According to the "Consumer Products Safety Commission," the following is a list of
common hazards in inflatable amusement attraction-related incidents.

Collision of one person with another, especially a larger child with a smaller one, when several children are jumping or sliding at the same time.
Falling out of an inflatable slide onto a hard object outside the attraction devise.
Catching a foot or other appendage in some part of the attraction while jumping.
Jumping or sliding head down or attempting flips with a resulting head or neck injury.
Wind gusts unexpectedly blowing over an inadequately secured inflatable attraction thereby throwing children onto the ground or other objects.
Rapid deflation of an inflatable slide upon fan power loss causing children to fall onto the ground or other object.
