Delivery Area We deliver to all of Pinellas County including St. Petersburg  Clearwater  Belleair  Palm Harbor  Tarpon Springs  Oldsmar  Dunedin  Safety Harbor  St. Pete Beach  Pinellas Park  Seminole  Largo  and Gulfport. We are also an approved vendor for all parks located in Pinellas County. Clearwater parks Crest Lake  Phillip Jones and Cherry Harris  and City of St. Pete parks require a $50 deposit. We deliver to Tampa  West Chase  Carrollwood  Citrus Park  Town 'n Country  Lutz  South Tampa/MacDill area  Odessa  New Tampa  Temple Terrace  Brandon  Riverview  and Gibsonton. We are also an approved vendor for City of Tampa and Hillsborough County parks. Al Lopez  MacFarlane  and Lowry Park require $50 deposits. We are no longer serving Rowlett and Regan parks. We deliver to Holiday  Odessa  and Trinity  New Port Richey  Elfers  Land O'Lakes  and Wesley Chapel. We will deliver to Bradenton  Rubonia  Palmetto  Ellenton  Anna Marie  Parrish and Lakewood Ranch.

How do I reserve my inflatable ?
You can call us at 727.214-8169, 727.686.3556, or 727.743.1821 and
request the unit for the date and time needed. You can also use our easy
reservation request form. We will check our rental schedule and make
your reservation ASAP!

Do I have to rent one for the entire day ?
No, you don't have to rent them for the entire day. You can rent them from
1-6 hours, for the standard day price, or you can rent them from 6-8 hours
for an additional $10 (Plus extra gas if a generator is required).

What about safety ?
We know that safety is just as important to your family as it is ours. We
make sure that safety is a requirement with all of our rentals. We only
purchase the equipment that we know is safe and provides a fun
environment for everyone. We truly hope that any injuries are prevented.

How can I pay for my rental ?
You can pay by cash, check (Must Clear Prior to Rental), money order,
or credit card (VIA PayPal). A credit card can be used for any amount VIA
PayPal, but must be pre-approved the day before setup. We require that
a payment is made for the remaining balance of the rental prior to our
setup. We require a deposit for any setups outside of our normal delivery
areas (Please see our Delivery Area page for more information.).

Can you set up the moonwalk on concrete ?
Yes we can! We can use sand bags to anchor the unit to the ground in
the event that you are on ground that our stakes cannot be properly
driven into. Please inform us at the time of rental so we can bring the
proper equipment.

What is your Cancellation Policy ?
We DO NOT require deposits, unless outside of our normal delivery
areas, however we do ask that you treat us in a way that you would like to
be treated. If you change your mind about a rental, please call two weeks
in advance of party, if possible, to allow us the chance to find an alternate
event for the rental. If you need to change a date, it's no problem! Just call
and let us know your new time and date, and we will attempt to work with
your requests. We only ask that you be kind and courteous with us.

What do I do in the event of harsh or inclement weather ?
We try to work with you, the renter, as best we can. We know that the
weather here can be unpredictable and very harsh at times. We don't take
a chance on injuring you children and we don't want to run the risk of
damaging our equipment either. If you cancel due to bad weather before
our setup, we will release you of any commitment. We hope that you will
setup a new date and time for the rental, based on the availability of our
rental. This work is very physically demanding, so once we deliver and
setup the rental, only a partial refund may be available. Although it does
not happen often, there are times when we will have to decline setup. This
would happen if we feel that current high winds at time of setup would be
unsafe to use the equipment. Due to safety standards, winds in excess of
15 - 20 mph would prevent us from safely anchoring down the unit.
