How many children can fit in a bouncer?

Generally speaking, between 8 and 12 kids at one time- safely and comfortably. Bouncers come in several sizes so you may want to check the feature page of the particular unit you're interested in.

How much does it cost?

Can I get a discount?

Yes. If you are a repeat customer, we have several ways in which you can get a discount. First, we'll automatically send you a reminder card about 11 months after your first booking with us. This reminder card entitles you to a fixed dollar amount discount. Second, upon reaching your 9th order with us, your 10th order is absolutely free! There is no time requirement to qualify in.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. Awesome Bounce carries a $1 million dollar general liability insurance policy which covers you up to $1,000,000.00 in the event of injury due to Awesome Bounce's gross negligence or malfunction of Awesome Bounce's equipment. This statement in no way implies legal responsibility, please read your rental agreement before signing.

Are the bouncers clean?

Yes. All Awesome Bounce units are thoroughly cleaned between each use. We are committed to making sure that your children have a clean, healthy, and safe environment in which to play. In addition to cleaning, we also safety check and troubleshoot all equipment before it goes out to another client. This way, you are always guaranteed a unit that is safe, clean and in good working order.

What about rain?

The Awesome Bounce rain policy allows you to cancel your order up until the time of delivery on the day of your party if it is raining at no charge. (If you prepaid via credit card, a $10 restocking fee will apply.) Our drivers will leave the warehouse with your unit aboard regardless of the weather. No need to call in advance, just let the driver know what your decision is when he or she arrives! Also, the rain will not damage the Awesome Bounce equipment (including electric blower) in any way. It is completely safe to use the bouncer in rain conditions. The only issue with rain is the comfort of the participants. NOTE: Most of the bouncers have roofs, however, they are not water tight. If it is raining hard, the bouncer will get wet inside although there is no danger because of this.

Can you set up indoors?

Yes. We have certain units such as the Loony Bin which can actually fit in a basement or 2 car garage. We can also set up in gymnasiums, halls, churches, or any other area that can accommodate the height (ave. 16 feet) of the bouncers.

What are the appropriate ages for bouncing?

Ages 2-14 years. Some of the larger slides may not be appropriate for children under the age of 4. Some older teenager parties are permissible; such as if the participants are all girls. Call or e-mail for details if you're not sure.

Do you deliver to my area?

Currently, Awesome Bounce is doing everything it can to expand to as many cities as possible. Call or e-mail us to find out if you are in a delivery area. NOTE: Certain areas require additional mileage fees and gas charges. Also, see disclaimer.

How much room do I need?

For the standard 15'x15' units, you'll need an area roughly 17'x17'. Since the units vary in size, please check the Styles page for the size of your unit and add at least 1 foot around the perimeter. Also, if you're not sure what size your yard is, you can measure it or "walk it off" heel to toe in a man's shoe (it'll be about 1 foot per step) to approximate. If you can imagine two parked cars side by side in your set up area, most likely we can fit the unit of your choice in that area. Also, most 2 car driveways can accommodate most units. Don't forget your vertical clearance! You'll need an area free of low wires, about 16-17 feet high.

How much room do you need to bring the bouncer in?

A standard walk through gate is fine. We bring the unit rolled up and wheel it in on a standard hand truck (dolly). If a person can walk through, we can fit the bouncer through too!

Can you set up on my driveway?

Yes. If you have a 2 car width driveway, most likely our bouncer will fit. A slight slope is not a problem. Since we can't pound stakes into your driveway, we will be a little creative in terms of securing the unit. Typically, we like to see the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope (so the kids fall into the unit). We set up in driveways about 40% of the time.

Does it need electricity? How much does it use?

Yes. We will bring a 50 or 100 foot extension cord with us, so you'll need an outlet near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately 14ยข of electricity per hour. Your blow dryer uses much, much more than that! NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked before leaving the warehouse.

What time do you deliver and pickup the bouncer?

Rental periods vary from city to city. The typical range of rental time is from 2 or 3 hours to all day (7 or 8 hours). You decide on the specific time you want the bouncer set up by and we'll be there between 30 minutes and 3 hours before that start time. Also, you do not pay for our set up time, all rental periods are jumping time only! Picking up is based on the number of hours you rent for. Special arrangements can be made if you need to leave (example: dinner, or another party) by a certain time, just let us know. For park parties, we run the timing a little tighter. Your order representative will brief you on this if applicable at the time of confirmation.

What are your hours of operation?

Our Central Booking Office is open from 7am to 7pm weekdays (pacific time). Our customer support lines are open continually on the weekends and if you happen to get voicemail, the calls are retrieved hourly. Our curfews for picking up are generally 8pm during daylight savings and 7pm otherwise.

How far in advance do I need to order?

We suggest 3-5 weeks before your scheduled party date for our standard bouncers. However, we generally have inventory available for last minute bookings, but don't be too picky about style preference. Also, for bookings on any "Specialty" units, please place your order as soon as your date is secured. All units are booked on a first come first served basis regardless of payment status.

Can I keep the bouncer over night?

Yes. The bouncer must be set up in a backyard or area that is fenced and locked up. The fence must be at least 4 feet tall. There will be an additional charge for this service. Awesome Bounce reserves the right to deny any event of this service. Awesome Bounce also reserves the right to cancel the over night portion of any event at any time if we have reason to believe that our property is at risk of injury or theft.

Is it cheaper if we pickup the bouncer ourselves?

No. In fact, Awesome Bounce does not allow for this. All of our drivers are trained as professional installers and are certified by Awesome Bounce to be the exclusive installer of our equipment. Where the safety of your children is concerned, it is always best to leave it up to the professionals. In addition to this, the liability insurance that we carry does not permit unauthorized set up or moving of our equipment.
